How to Delete Your Account
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

- Child's profile information
- Assessment data and progress reports
- Usage history and activity logs
- Payment information (except as required for legal and financial record-keeping)
Note: Some information may be retained for legal, security, or business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This typically includes:
- Records of financial transactions (as required by law)
- Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked to your identity
Data Retention Period
After account deletion:
- Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days before being completely purged
- Financial records are kept for the duration required by applicable laws (typically 7 years)
Request Specific Data Deletion
If you wish to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, you can:

- Provide your account details for verification
Our team will respond to your request within 7 business days.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data, including assessment history and progress reports, will be lost.
